Regarding the 2020 Boating Season
2020 is proving to be a challenging year in so many ways, and the impact to our boating community is no different. Our failities will open as planned on the 15th of May however, as a result of concerns relating to high water and COVID-19 the Village of Ephraim has made a few changes for the upcoming season. I will highlight ths significant changes below.
- Due to social distancing concerns relating to the COVID-19 pandemic a decision has been made not to open or staff the marina office at this time. Question you ordinarily would have asked on-site staff can be directed to the harbormaster at [email protected]
- The launch ramp is open on an honor system. We will not be requiring the use of launch envelopes this year in an effort to minimize areas of contamination. We will place signage asking patrons to place launch money directly in the box.
- Restroom facilities will be open this weekend with a change. Both bathrooms have been made unisex, will be equiped with locks inside the door in order to promote a one in one out procedure, and will be opened on an alternating basis.
- Due to high water we will not be transiently renting the North side of the North wall this season. The only slips available (via Dockwa) for transient rental are T1 - T6.
The Village is now accepting online transient dock reservations for the 2020 season.
