Property is zoned PW (protected waterfront). Proposal to raise a portion of the roof of existing structure.
A notice is being sent to all property owners within 300’. Comments may be made in person at the meeting or in writing to be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23, 2019.
