Conditional Use – Additional Accessory Structure

At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Ephraim Planning committee on Monday, August 25, 2008 at 7:00 p.m., the committee will consider a conditional use request from Thomas Dukehart, for the placement of a second accessory building on the property located at 10390 N. Coral Hill Rd.  Residentially zoned properties are allowed more than one accessory building per property; each subsequent building does require conditional use approval by the Plan Committee.

 

Notice is being sent to all Ephraim property owners and neighboring municipalities within 300'.  Comments may be made in person at the meeting or in writing to be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on Monday August 25, 2008.  Written comments via email at bbristol@ephraim-wisconsin.com will also be accepted.  All written comments must include name and address of commenting residents.

Variance from 30 foot Private Road setback per 17.15(8)b.  of the Ephraim Zoning Ordinance.

 

Property is zoned R-1
