The Village of Ephraim maintains its Historical nature by establishing and enforcing ordinance that compliments our dedication to preserving our history but allows planning for our future.

The process of planning a new home or renovating an existing property can be tricky and time consuming, to help you reach this goal we have assembled some tools to get you started in the right direction. The most important advice that we can give you is to contact the Zoning Administrator prior to beginning the design for your project.
